New to the Tufts staff in 2022 is Joe McDonald, who will serve as running backs and tight ends coach in 2023. A 2018 graduate of Salve Regina University, McDonald was a first team All-Commonwealth Coast Conference selection as an offensive lineman for the Seahawks. From Braintree, Mass., and Boston College HS, McDonald has a master’s degree in sport management from the University of Florida and worked in the banking industry for two years after college.
