Special teams and recruiting coordinator Matt Leotti joined the team this past spring. Also the defensive line coach, he is a 2010 graduate of Bowdoin College where he was also previously an assistant coach for seven years. He was a 2009 co-captain and defensive back at Bowdoin, graduating with a degree in Government and Legal Studies. He remained active as a player following graduation, including playing for the Harrisburg Stampede of American Indoor Football and helping the squad to the league championship.
