Randy Wright, in his eighth season at Tufts, is the co-defensive coordinator and defensive line coach. In his previous role as linebackers coach he mentored Jumbo Greg Holt, who was a four-time All-NESCAC first team selection and was an All-New England Divisions II-III selection for 2018. Wright has also headed up Tufts’ excellent special teams unit during his tenure. A 2011 graduate of Elmhurst College, Wright drew the interest of NFL teams as an All-American linebacker for the Blue Jays. He was a three-time All-Region and All-Conference selection.
