2023 (Freshman): Member of Tufts’ 2023 team that went 6-3 and finished third in the NESCAC. 

PRIOR TO TUFTS: Competed in both lacrosse and football for the Crusaders of Cardinal Gibbons in Raleigh, NC...was a four-year letter winner in lax, while earning two varsity letters on the gridiron...named as the Cardinal Gibbons DB of the Year as a junior, while earning football Comeback of the Year as a senior...picked up NCHSAA Cap-6 All-Conference as a junior and senior in football...helped his squad to a NCHSAA 4A state championship in 2021...lax squads won state championships in 2021 and 2023...Freshman Scholar Athlete of the Year at Cardinal Gibbons...Academic All-Conference award in both football and lacrosse...President's Education Awards Program in 2023...made 59 total tackles in his career, picking off three passes and breaking up 10 more. 

PERSONAL: Parent Lori Evans...has three siblings, Edie, Elliot and Ian...great grand-father Tom Blake played football in the NFL and at the University of Cincinnati...brother Ian Evans is a member of the Washingotn & Lee University football team...majoring in economics...chose "Tufts because I believe it granted me the best opportunity to excel both academically and athletically. I want to immerse myself in a high-academic institution where I can continue to develop as a student-athlete, while also forming positive relationships to aid me with future endeavors and networking.
