Alaina Woo is in her first year as an assistant coach with the Jumbos.

Woo is a 2017 graduate of Pomona-Pitzer College where she played for former Tufts assistant Jill Pace. Last season Woo earned earned Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) postseason honors as she was tabbed First Team All-SCIAC. Woo earned SCIAC First Team All-Conference honors for the first time to cap off her collegiate career as she led the SCIAC in scoring with 16.7 points per game. She also averaged 4.4 rebounds per game as a guard and started every game for the Sagehens. Woo also scored a career-high and Pomona-Pitzer school record 37 points in a game against Linfield College.

While at Pomona-Pitzer, Woo was chosen as a representative for the NCAA's National Division III Student-Athlete Advisory Commitee (SAAC). She is from San Carlos, California and went to Sequoia High School.
