2024-25 (Sophomore): Played in all 26 games including 18 in the conference...Finished fifth on the team in scoring with 16 points (six goals, 10 assists)...Scored the overtime game-winner in Tufts' 2-1 win at Bowdoin in the NESCAC Tournament Quarterfinals...Netted two goals including the game-winning goal versus Rivier in the North Country Championship game on December 1...Had three assists in a season-opening win against Wesleyan on November 15...Finished with a power-play goal and an assist in a win over Middlebury on November 22...Selected to the NESCAC All-Academic and All-Sportsmanship Teams this season...Key player as Tufts advanced to the NESCAC Championship game for the second straight season.

2023-24 (Freshman): Played in 26 games for the Jumbos...Recorded three goals and seven assists for 10 points...Played his first collegiate game against Trinity on November 17...He recorded his first collegiate point against Wesleyan assisting on two goals in the game on November 18...Recorded his first collegiate goal against Nichols on January 7...Posted 57 shots on the season and blocked 21 shots...Norwell also was one of two Tufts players to record a short-handed goal, scoring one in a 5-3 Jumobos win against Connecticut College on February 24, in the NESCAC quarterfinal...The Jumbos finished the season 14-10-3 making it to their first-ever NESCAC Championship game in program history.

PRIOR TO TUFTS: Assistant Captain for Twin City Thunder in 2022...In 106 NCDC hockey games (2021-23) playoff and regular season games, amassed 45 goals, 49 assists, 94 points...In second season was selected for the NCDC All-Star game...Played lacrosse at Holy Family HS and was Academic All-State and All-Conference.

PERSONAL: Son of Brian and Sharon Norwell...Mechanical engineering major...Chose Tufts for its "great academic program, beautiful city, and an amazing hockey program."
