Ilana graduated from Williams College in 2021, where she played varsity soccer and was part of the teams that won the NESCAC Championship (2017) and NCAA National Championship (2017, 2018). In 2018, Ilana was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team, and she served as team captain during her senior year (2020).

She has been an assistant coach with Tufts University Women’s Soccer and a head coach with NEFC Newton Girls Soccer Academy since fall of 2022. Outside of soccer, Ilana is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics at Northeastern University, where her research focuses on the brain of the nematode C. elegans as it matures to adulthood.
