The Jumbos received wins in the first through seventh positions to secure their second, 7-2, win against the Bison this season.  Sophomore Paget Stanco (Rye, NY) lost the first game to Bucknell's Ana Kelly before coming back to win in four games in the number one position, 8-11, 11-9, 11-7, 11-4.  Junior Paige Dahlman (Denver, CO) had little trouble in the number two position, topping Ellie Barker, 11-5, 11-3, 11-5.

It took junior Ann Bellinger (Arlington, VA) four games after she fell in the first game in extra points in the number three position, but she was able to down her Bison counterpart, 11-13, 11-8, 11-8, 11-8.  Similarly, in the number four spot, first year Anna Bezahler (Philadelphia, PA) needed four games after dropping the opening one, but was able to claim a win over Sarah Antonacci, 7-11, 11-6, 11-5, 11-6.

Jumbos in the fifth through seventh spots all won in three games.  Playing in the number five spot, freshman Lynn Cheng (Singapore) was able to handle Elizabeth Dickinson, 11-6, 11-6, 11-7.  Senior Caroline Howe (Carlisle, MA) allowed her Bucknell opponent to score just nine points in her three game win in the number six spot, 11-4, 11-3, 11-2.  Wrapping up the wins for the Jumbos was rookie Rowan Rice, earning the three game win in the number seven position, 11-5, 11-7, 11-3.

Junior Charlotte Griffiths (Ardmore, PA) and fellow classmate Rachael Jackson (Woodinville, WA) played in the eighth and ninth spots, respectively, but were unable to beat their Bucknell opponents.

The Jumbos now have a 12:00 pm semifinal match with Virginia on Saturday.  Should they win they will then face the winner of the Boston College and William Smith match in the final of the D division on Sunday afternoon.
