Women's Sailing

Women's Sailing 13th After One Day at ACC Finals

CAMBRIDGE, MA (October 11, 2025) – Tufts University Women's Sailing is at the Atlantic Coast Championship finals this weekend on the Charles River, where they are in 13th place after Saturday's races.

Tufts earned a 77 score in six A races and 54 in six B races for their 131 team total thus far.

The Jumbo B tandem of first-year skipper Maddie Janzen with senior crew Lilly Ladd is eighth in their division after Saturday. They had a run of finishes in the middle of the day of sixth, second and eighth.

For A division, sisters Ella Hubbard and Sophia Hubbard split the skipper role with junior Eloise Goedkoop as crew. Sophia Hubbard and Goedkoop had a third-place finish in the fourth B race today. Tufts is 15th in A's so far.

Stanford University is leading the ACC finals with a 36-15-51 scoring line.

Day two on Sunday is scheduled to start with a first warning at 9:50 AM.
