MEDFORD, MA (October 6, 2025) – Tufts University Director of Athletics
Ryan Pisarri announced Monday morning the hiring of
Mallory Skaggs as the new Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Administration.
"Mallory is an outstanding addition to our administrative staff, and we're very excited to welcome her to the Jumbo family," said Pisarri. "Mallory's experience in the Division I and NCAA settings will help make her a great asset for Tufts Athletics and in our compliance department."

Skaggs comes to Tufts University after serving as the Assistant Director of Compliance and Student-Athlete Wellness at Division I Northeastern University since 2022. She was charged with developing and presenting all rules education, while also monitoring and processing all compliance records at NU.
Prior to her time with the Huskies, she was the Compliance Coordinator at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan from 2020-2022. She handled compliance and eligibility for all of Oakland's over 300 Division I student-athletes.
Skaggs also has had stops at Purdue University-Fort Wayne in 2019-20, as well as serving as the postgraduate intern at the NCAA from 2018-2019. While with the NCAA, she helped provide clear and concise Division I legislative interpretations to the membership. Skaggs also assisted with governance processes through drafting proposals submitted by the membership.
She also worked a University of South Florida as a Financial Aid Advisor graduate assistant and athletics compliance assistant. A graduate of the University of Florida in 2013 with a B.S. in sport management, Skaggs received her MBA from South Florida in 2015.
Skaggs starts at Tufts October 6.
