MEDFORD, MA (December 6, 2025) -- The No. 10 ranked Tufts University women's squash squad dominated visiting Connecticut College Saturday afternoon inside Tufts Squash Center on Alumni Day, winning all 21 games contested in a 9-0 victory over the Camels.
Conn. College did not have a No. 8 and No. 9 players, as Tufts started with a 2-0 lead to start the match, but the Jumbos would still dominate from top to bottom.
Anika Goyal was playing at the top spot on Saturday, and rolled to an 11-4, 11-3 and 11-5 victory over Kendy Navas to move to 3-2 on the year.
Sophomore
Sohni Vermani returned to the lineup for the first time this season and didn't miss a beat, sweeping Aarushi Reddy 11-5, 11-4 and 11-3 at No. 2. Junior
Chloe Bergam was a straight game winner over Gwyneth Perez 11-7, 11-1 and 11-3 to earn her third win of the year, while
Sora Karanja allowed just eight points in an 11-5, 11-0 and 11-3 win at No. 4.
Senior
Mafi Pinot was slotted at No. 5 for the first time in her career, and responded with an 11-8, 11-8 and 11-5 win over Ariana Michaca, while sophomore
Mia Kim improved to 2-1 on the 2025-26 season with an 11-2, 11-3 and 11-0 win at No. 6.
At No. 7, junior
Bridget Schutt rolled to an Angelise Palomino 11-3, 11-2, 11-4 to stay undefeated at 2-0 this season. Schutt is now 6-1 for her career.
The Jumbos wil battle Colby College January 9 at 2 p.m. in Waterville after the New Year.
