Shannon Chen, junior
Karen Bei and sophomore
Nitika Subramanian were all announced as DIII Second Team All-Americans. First-year

The USFCA Division III All-American awards are determined by an evaluation of each individual's regular-season performance and post-season performance, including both NCAA Regionals and NCAA Championships.
Bei is an All-American for the third straight year following First Team selections in 2023 and 2024. Chen earns her second national honor, after an Honorable Mention accolade for 2024. The All-American award is the first for Bawa, Levi and Subramanian.
In 131 epee bouts this year, Bei had an outstanding 104-27 record for a .794 winning percentage. She was the Eastern Women's Fencing Championship (EWFC) Epee Fencer of the Year after posting a 13-0 record at that meet, and then was the National Intercollegiate Women's Fencing Association (NIWFA) epee champion with a 14-0 mark. She was also a Northeast Fencing Conference (NFC) First Team All-Star after earning a 23-4 record (.852) in conference competition.
Chen was studying abroad for the first semester, but returned in January and was excellent in the foil weapon for head coach
Jason Sachs' Jumbos. She had a 37-17 record overall (.685), was the EWFC Foil Fencer of the Year and placed 21st at the NCAA Regional.
Levi, a NFC Second Team selection this year, finished with a 75-39 overall record (.658) in foil matches. She had eight victories at the NCAA Regional where she placed 16th in the foil division. She recorded a 19-6 mark (.760) in conference competition to earn the All-Star award.
Subramanian's nine wins and 14th-place finish in sabre at the NCAA Regional were both the best for the Tufts team. She finished the year with a 60-41 record for a .594 winning percentage.
Also in sabre, Bawa was a bright spot in her first season with the Jumbos. She placed 19th at the NCAA Regional and completed the season with a 49-40 record (.551).
The Tufts team finished with an 18-19 dual meet record and were second out of 15 teams at the NIWFA meet. They were fourth in the USFCA's Division III Women's Team of the Year voting.
