MEDFORD, MA (February 22, 2026) -- The entire East Coast of the continental United States is expected to get hit by Winter Storm Fern this weekend, and the anticipated snow fall in the New England area has forced the cancellations of contests Sunday and Monday for two Tufts University athletic squads.
Tufts women's fencing matches at Wellesley College Sunday for Northeast Fencing Conference action have been postponed, with no make up date settled on as of yet.
Furthermore, the Monday evening non-conference home game for Tufts University men's basketball against Wentworth Institute of Technology has also been postponed. No make up date has been made as well.
