NEW YORK (January 24, 2026) -- The Tufts University women's squash team played in limited action Saturday at the 2026 College Squash Association (CSA) Individual Championships, as the Jumbos closed out play before returning home to beat the winter storm approaching.
Senior Vharsha Dinish had a bye in the Consolation Pool D, but was unable to stay to compete against Lina Tamman of Virginia. Sophomore
Anika Goyal competed Saturday morning against Cecilia Curran of Georgetown University, falling in a tight three-game match 11-8, 11-9 and 11-8.
First-year
Ella Hill picked up a win in a rematch of last week's match with Amherst College's Kanzy Elkaliuoby, winning 11-9, 4-11, 11-9 and 11-8.
That would be the only remaining action, as
Maria Arseniev was unable to get any final matches in before the team returned home.
The Jumbos will take on Williams College Saturday, January 31 at the Tufts Squash Center at 1 p.m.
