INDIANAPOLIS (March 20, 2026) – Tufts University junior diver
Jay Wilkinson earned his second All-American honorable mention award of the week at the NCAA Division III Men's Swimming & Diving Championships at IU Natatorium on Friday.
Wilkinson placed 12th in the one-meter diving event today with a 462.35 score in the finals. Earlier this week, he was 13th in one-meter diving at the 2026 NCAA meet. His two honorable mention All-American awards this week give him three for his career. He matched Tufts' best NCAA one-meter finish since 2017 today. Wilkinson advanced to the one-meter finals today with a 451.90 score in the preliminaries.
Tufts also had some misfortune today, as the 200 medley relay that was seeded 11th in the event was disqualified and did not score. The Jumbos also finished just out of the scoring in the 800 freestyle relay, where their time of 6:45.84 was 17th. The foursome was junior

Jack Nussbaum swam in the 100 breaststroke today for the Jumbos and finished in 30th place with his time of 56.65 seconds.
Tufts now has 33 team points at the NCAA meet, which has them in 21st place after three days.
On the fourth and final day of the NCAA meet tomorrow, the Jumbos have entries in the 100 freestyle, the 200 breaststroke, the 1650 freestyle and the 400 freestyle relay.
