MEDFORD, MA (April 20, 2026) -- Tufts senior attack
Jack Regnery had a stellar week in a pair of wins for the No. 1 Tufts University men's lacrosse team, earning New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Player of the Week accolades for his play.
Regnery helped Tufts extend its win streak to 42 with wins over No. 5 Babson (17-8) and Hamilton (18-10). Regnery finished the two games with 10 goals and five assists, adding six ground balls in the pair of wins. Tuesday in a road win against Babson, Regnery scored four goals and dished out two helpers. Hours later, he was drafted in the fourth round of the PLL Draft at Pick 20 by the Boston Cannons. On Saturday, Regnery tallied a season-high nine points on six goals and three assists in another road win at Hamilton. Regnery has 41 goals and 30 assists on the season.
The award is the second of his career, as he was picked for the weekly award back on March 11, 2024 as a sophomore.
Tufts takes on No. 2 Bowdoin College on Bello Field Wednesday, April 22 at 7 p.m. in the regular season final for the Jumbos.
