MEDFORD, MA (May 4, 2026) -- The Tufts University men's tennis team, recent winners of the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) crown, will host the NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Tournament First, Second, and Third Rounds on Vouté Courts on Friday-Sunday, May 8-10 in Medford.
The Jumbos (22-2) will play the winner of Friday's First Round contest between Moravian University (15-5) and Baruch College (15-3) Saturday in the NCAA Second Round. Trinity (Texas) College (13-8) will play the winner of Friday's First Round contest between The College of New Jersey (15-5) and St. John Fisher (12-3) Saturday in the NCAA Second Round. The winners of Saturday's games will play Sunday on Vouté Courts.
Tufts clinched an automatic qualifier spot as champions of the NESCAC Conference, along with Baruch College as City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) champions, St. John Fisher as Empire 8 Conference champions, and Moravian University as Landmark Conference champions. Trinity (Texas) College earned an at-large selection into the field.
This is the first time Tufts Men's Tennis won the NESCAC Championship since 1989. This marks the third time ever for Tufts hosting the NCAA Tournament in Medford.
