ENFIELD, NH (September 26, 2026) – Conditions allowed for just one A division race today at the Mrs. Hurst Bowl hosted by Dartmouth where Tufts Women's Sailing has two teams in action.
Tufts' Jumbos 2 team placed second in the A race and as a result stands second out of the 18 teams in the overall standings. The Jumbos 1 team was seventh in the A race which puts them seventh overall.
Sailing for Jumbos 2 is the A team of junior skipper
Sophia Hubbard with first-year crew
Fiona Barbeito, and the B duo of senior skipper
Maria Skouloudi with first year crew
Caroline Collins. Jumbos 1 consists of sophomore skipper
Maddie Janzen with senior crew
Eloise Goedkoop in A's and junior skipper
Kiana Beachy with first-year crew
Sophia Corzine in B's.
Harvard won the lone A division race today and leads the regatta.
Sunday's action is scheduled to start at 10:15 AM.
