Biography

2017 (Junior): Set Tufts’ single-season total offense mark (2,601 yards) in 2017… compiled 1,879 passing yards and 722 yards rushing…his 289 yards of total offense per game in 2017 was ranked in the NCAA top 30…passed for 11 touchdowns and ran for four more in 2017…finished second in NESCAC for passing yards…completed 26 of 35 passes for 267 yards and two TDs in a season-opening victory over Hamilton…threw for four TDs in a victory at Bates…had a season-high 336 yards passing in a win at Williams in 2017…was third in NESCAC rushing last season including 145 yards at Middlebury and 122 at Wesleyan…was NESCAC’s Offensive Player of the Week twice for the Bates and Williams games…team’s Arthur F. Harrison Award winner for outstanding offensive skill in ’17.

2016 (Sophomore): Playing during all eight of the Jumbos games during his sophomore season...finished the season 44-for-83 for 487 total yards passing...also carried the ball 104 times for 647 total yards, averaging 80.9 yards per game...scored five rushing touchdowns and added five touchdowns passing...was 5-for-10 for 26 yards passing and carried the ball twice for four yards in the Jumbos 17-14 season-opening win over Wesleyan...carried the ball 11 times for 75 yards and a touchdown in the 12-7 win over Bates...in the 41-21 win over Bowdoin he carried the ball 11 times for 146 yards and two touchdowns and was also 9-for-9 passing for 92 yards and a touchdown...when the Jumbos beat Williams 35-16 he carried the ball 11 times for 58 yards and was 3-for-5 passing...in the win over Amherst he was 8-for-11 passing for 108 yards and a touchdown and added 20 carries for 104 yards and a touchdown...carried the ball ten times for 84 yards in the win over Colby...finished the season going 10-for-16 for 145 yards and two touchdowns and carrying the ball 27 times for a season-high 161 yards and a touchdown in the 48-35 win over Middlebury.  

2015 (Freshman): Member of the Jumbo team that finished the season with a 6-2 record. 

Before Tufts: Played for North Hunterdon High School…also played basketball and ran track and field…was a member of the National Honor Society and the Academic Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Katherine and Jim…has a brother, Matt (26)…brother, Matt, ran track at Princeton and now runs for the Atlanta Track Club.
