2017 (Junior): Led NESCAC and was top 40 in the nation with 147 all-purpose yards per game…led the Jumbos with 44 receptions, 566 receiving yards and seven TD receptions…ranked sixth in NESCAC for receptions, eighth in receiving yards and third in TD catches for '17…returned 25 kickoffs for 512 yards (20.5 avg) and had 24 punt returns for 236 yards (9.8 avg)…his 748 yards on all kick returns was 17th nationally…was second in NESCAC for both kick return and punt return yards…caught eight balls for 118 yards and three touchdowns in a win at Bates, including a 59-yard score…his 119 receiving yards and a touchdown helped Tufts win at Williams…had nine receptions versus Hamilton and two touchdowns versus Amherst…returned a punt 85 yards for a touchdown at Wesleyan…his eight touchdowns overall in 2017 tied him for Tufts’ scoring lead with 48 points, which was seventh in the conference…was team’s Dr. James J. Ford Special Teams Co-Player of the Year for 2017.
2016 (Sophomore): Took the field during six games for the Jumbos during his sophomore season as the team finished with a 7-1 record and in second place in the NESCAC standings...caught 15 passes for a total of 109 yards...the 15 catches were the second most on the team...caught two passes for a gain of three yards in the Jumbos 17-14 season-opening win over Wesleyan under the lights...caught two passes for seven yards in the 41-21 win over Bowdoin...helped the Jumbos top Williams 35-16 with two catches for 11 yards...caught three passes for a season-high 49 yards in the Jumbos 27-10 downing of Amherst...helped with two catches for ten yards in the 44-12 win over Colby...finished off the season with a season-high four catches for 29 yards against Middlebury.
2015 (Freshman): Appeared in two games during the season...returned one kick for 38 yards against Trinity.
Before Tufts: Played for Wellesley High School…was All-State in Massachusetts…was a two-time Bay State Conference MVP honoree… is the all time leading receiver at Wellesley High School…also played basketball and baseball…was a two-time All-State in baseball....was the Joey Gonzalez Reward Recipient.
Personal: Son of Maura and John…has two brothers, Brendan (19) and James (15), and a sister, Caroline (15)…father, John, played baseball at Boston College and played in the Red Sox minor league system.
