Before Tufts: Was on the swimming and diving team at Weston High School...member of the US Paralympic Emerging Team...two-time American records in the 50 and 100 breaststroke....was a three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American...was a three-time Scholastic All-Connecticut selection...named the Connecticut Adaptive Swimmer of the Year three times...won two gold medals at the Para Swimming World Series in Berlin...winner of three gold medals at the 2016 Rio Games for the US Paralympic Team Trials...member of the National Honor Society. 

Personal: Son of Jonathan and Linda...has one sister, Rachel (19).
