2019 (Sophomore): Voted to NESCAC All-Conference 2nd team in her sophomore year…received American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) honorable mention All-American accolade…earned AVCA All-Northeast team honors… was named to the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team…Desler ranked 2nd on the team in kills totaling 253 and had a season-high 17 in a Tufts victory over Wellesley…she finished the year ranked 9th in the NESCAC in kills…had 219 digs on the year which ranked 3rd on the team… had 14 matches with double-digit kills and 11 matches with double-digit digs…in the NESCAC Championship she recorded a double-double (kills and digs) with 12 and 11 in a Jumbos victory…was 4th on the team in service aces with 30 on the year and had four in the NCAA Second round matchup against Bowdoin...NESCAC All-Academic Team selection...earned Dean's List Honors in the fall of 2019 and spring of 2020. 

2018 (Freshman): Voted Rookie of the Year by NESCAC and the New England Women's Volleyball Association (NEWVA)...also a NESCAC All-Conference second team pick and NEWVA honorable mention...the only freshman in the league to earn All-Conference...led Tufts with 247 kills and 41 service aces...season-high 17 kills versus Amherst on Ooctober 5...14 matches with double-digit kills...eight double-doubles (kills and digs)...had 14 kills with 16 digs in conference win at Williams on September 29...hit .424 (15 kills, 1 error, 33 attempts) with 12 digs in New England Challenge win over Babson on October 20...five service aces versus Wesleyan on October 27...16 digs in NESCAC semi-final against Bowdoin...NESCAC All-Academic Team selection...earned Dean's List honors in the spring of 2019. 

Before Tufts: Was on the volleyball team at Sacred Heart Prep...named the West Bay Athletic League (WBAL) MVP her senior year...was a First Team All-League selection her sophomore and junior years...honored as a MaxPreps Medium Schools First Team All-American and Medium Schools California Player of the Year her senior year...played for Vision Volleyball Club...was a Cal-Hi Sports Fall Student Athelte Central Coast Section honoree. 

Personal: Daughter of Jennifer and Brian...has two siblings, John and Peter.
