Biography

2018 (Junior): Started all 19 games for the Jumbos at the center back position… was a key member of a three-player backline which allowed a miniscule 0.68 goals per game… played a role on offense in set pieces, being brought in as a header specialist… scored two goals on the year out of set pieces… recognized as one of four defensive members of the All-NESCAC first team for her defensive efforts… recognized as a member of the United Soccer Coaches All-New England first team… often played the entirety of every Tufts game as vocal leader… produced a career-high 14 shots at on the season… helped Tufts reach the NCAA Tournament in back-to-back years for the first time in program history.

2017 (Sophomore): Maloney played and started in all 19 games in her sophomore season as the Jumbos finished the year with 10-6-3 record and played in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2007...the Jumbos 6-2-2 NESCAC record was the best since 2010 and they advanced to the conference championship game for the first time since 2005 where they fell to eventual national champion Williams, 2-1, in overtime...scored the game winning goal in the 1-0 win over Wesleyan in the first conference game of the season...added 11 shots to the offensive attack. 

2016 (Freshman): Played in 12 of the Jumbos 16 games during her rookie campaign as the Jumbos finished with a 7-6-3 record and earned the No. 5 seed in the NESCAC Touranmentw here they were edged, 1-0, by No. 4 seeded Trinity...made her collegiate debut in the Jumbos season opening win over Emerson....fired a shot in the Jumbos 0-0 tie with Wesleyan.

Before Tufts: Was on the soccer and track and field team at Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School...was captain of both the track and field and soccer teams...was a Brockton Enterprise All-Scholastic selection...honored as a Old Colony League All-Star....was a member of the Principal's Club...winner of the Community Service Award...member of the National Honor Society...was the captain of the math team.

Personal: Daughter of Bill and Lisa...has one sibling, Jake (19)...father, Bill, played baseball at Limestone College.
