2019 (Junior): Played in all 30 games for Tufts in her junior season…had 1.93 kills and .56 blocks per set for the season…had a season-high 11 kills in three different matches including a NCAA Second Round game against Bowdoin…Ryan finished the season with 197 kills, 24 digs, 57 total blocks, and 227 points…recorded double-digit kills six times and was 5th on the team in both points and kills… in a win over Brandeis produced 10 kills and four block assists to go along with her 12 points...earned Dean's List honors in the fall of 2019 and spring of 2020.
2018 (Sophomore): Named to All-Tournament Team at New England Challenge, won by Tufts...completed season with 1.45 kills and 0.53 blocks per set...season-best 10 kills with just one error in 15 swings (.600 pct.) at Colby on September 15...produced five kills and four blocks (three solo) in New England Challenge opener against Springfield, a three-set win...in NESCAC semifinals at Bowdoin had seven kills and five blocks...earned Dean's List honors in the spring of 2019.
2017 (Freshman): Saw action in 15 matches and 42 sets...averaged 1.10 kills and 0.60 blocks per set...Had six kills and four blocks against MIT in NCAA second round...finished with eight kills against Middlebur and Endicottin back-to-back days.
Before Tufts: Was on the volleyball and soccer teams at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory School....was on the team that won the 2014 Dvision 2 California State Championship, the WCAL Championship and the NorCal Championship in 2014...started all three years on varsity...was named a captain of the team her senior year...winner of the Kelly Gallagher Memorial Spirit Award...was named WCAL Honorable Mention in 2016...was a member of the De Paul Scholar HOnor Society...winner of the Freshman Physics Award, the Sophomore Spirit Award and the Achievement in Academics and Athletics Award.
Personal: Daughter of Jeannette and Jim Ryan...has three siblings, Max (31), Michelle (29) and Danny (28).
