BALLSTON SPA, NY (April 14, 2024) - The Tufts University men's golf competed in the second round of the Tim Brown Invitational hosted by Skidmore College at par 71 Ballston Spa Country Club.
The Jumbos finished today three under par 281 and finished the tournament in fourth place with a total score of 580. The team's 281 on the day was the second-best score in the field on day 2. First-year
Nick McCabe and senior
Jack Meehan both had great days today as they both shot two under 69. McCabe finished the tournament tied at 15 had three birdies on the day and an eagle on hole 8 and dropped 11 pars. Meehan finished the tournament tied for 20 and had five birdies on the day including three straight. He also saved for par 11 times today as well.
 Sophomore
Holden Kittelberger shot even par 71 and finished the tournament tied for 64, on the day he shot an eagle hole 10 and added two birdies on the day and saved for par 11 times on the day. Sophomore
Reed Bodley finished the day one over tying for 15 with McCabe. Bodley had three pars on the day saving for par 12 times.
First-yearÂ
Brendan Roy shot six over 77 and finished the tournament tied at 95. He finished the day with two birdies.
JP Noone finished the tournament tied for 36 and finished day 2 6 over 77. Noone had three birdies on the day.Â
Up next for the Jumbos they will travel to Williamstown MA, to compete at the Williams Spring Invitational played at Taconic Golf Course. Action will start at 10 AM, Saturday, April 20.
