Margie Carden was named to the All-NESCAC First Team for the third straight season, while Tuesday's accolade was her fourth All-NESCAC honor as she was Second Team as a first-year back in 2022. The Newtown Square, Pa. product goes into the NCAA Tournament this weekend third in the NESCAC in goals with 3.06 per game, as she has been on fire late in the season. Carden has 55 goals and 14 assists this season, as her 69 points are third in the NESCAC. She has posted 3.83 points per game while her 6.33 shots per game are also third in the league. Carden is the all-time leader at Tufts in goals and points with 252 goals and 316 points.
Joining Carden on the First Team attack for the first time is Zorn, who was named as a Second Team All-NESCAC performer in 2024. Zorn is fourth in the NESCAC in goals per game this year with 2.94 a game, as her 53 scores are fourth-best among conference players. She also ranks second in the NESCAC in points with over four per game, as her 1.11 assists per contest ranks 13th in the league. She has 12 hat tricks for the season, including a six-game stretch late in the season where she posted there or more goals from April 5 through April 26.
Delaney makes her third appearance on the All-NESCAC listing and second top team honor after also picking up All-NESCAC First Team accolades in 2024. Delaney is fifth on the Jumbos squad with 37 points, while her 31 goals is third-best on the team. She also ranks sixth in the NESCAC in draw controls per game with 4.50, as her 81 are second-best on the team. Delaney has also picked up 19 ground balls and caused seven turnovers. Delaney is also key in the clear game, as her athleticism helps Tufts get from defense to offense effectively.
Gibbons earns her first All-NESCAC First Team appearance after a Second Team honor in 2024, as she continued to be one of the most dominant draw players in the country. Gibbons led the NESCAC in draw controls per game with 6.67 a contest, as her 120 on the season are the most ever in a year for a Jumbo. Gibbons also tops on the squad with 20 caused turnovers this season, while her 25 ground balls are tops among Tufts players. Gibbons has four games this year with 10 or more draw controls, while also earning IWLCA National Defensive Player of the Week honors earlier in the year.
Joyce repeats on the All-NESCAC Second Team after also earning the honor in 2024, as Joyce was once again one of the best two-way middies in the NESCAC. Joyce was sixth on the team in goals this season with 24 as she started all 18 games for the Jumbos. Joyce added 22 ground balls and caused 17 turnovers, second-most on the squad. Lesperance ranked third on the squad in points with 63, while her 33 assists led the NESCAC. Lesperance also ranks ninth in the league in points per game with 3.50, and is making her second All-NESCAC appearance after earning First Team in 2024.
