PRIOR TO TUFTS: Attended Wakeland High School in Frisco, Texas, where he was a three-sport athlete in football, track & field and baseball...A three-year varsity football letter winner and senior captain, he played defensive back, linebacker and on special teams, earning All-District Safety honors in both 2024 and 2025...He received the Wakeland Leadership Award as a senior, was a three-time Special Teams Unit of the Year honoree and earned Team Defensive Player of the Week recognition three times...He finished his varsity football career with 137 tackles, 72 solo tackles, 12 pass breakups, 5.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions, two blocked punts and one forced fumble, including an 86-tackle senior campaign...He also earned four varsity letters in track & field as a 400-meter runner and competed with the 940 Elite 7v7 Football program...Off the field, he was named Second Team Academic All-State in 2026, was a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and Yearbook Staff, and was nominated for the Science Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Parents Eric and Courtney Reed...has two siblings, Cody and Blake...mechanical engineering major...chose Tufts "because it offered the opportunity to get a degree from a top school in the nation while continuing to compete at a high level in football. I wanted a school that would prepare me for a meaningful career while allowing me to grow as both a student and an athlete. Tufts also aligned with my long-term goals of serving as a Naval officer through NROTC while earning a rigorous education."
