Biography

PRIOR TO TUFTS: Attended Chaminade High School in New York, where he competed in football for the Flyers...A senior varsity captain and standout defensive player, he earned All-League and All-State honors during both his junior and senior seasons...He was named JV Team MVP as a sophomore before earning Team Defensive Player of the Year recognition as a senior...In the classroom, he was a four-year Honor Roll student.

PERSONAL: Parents Danielle and Randy Smith...has two siblings, Marco and Siena...economics major...chose Tufts because "Tufts gave the best opportunity to shine on and off the field. The team and coaching staff made me feel at home on my visits and I’m glad I found my second family."
