PRIOR TO TUFTS: Attended Porter-Gaud in Charleston, South Carolina, where he competed in soccer, track & field, cross country, basketball and football for the Cyclones...A versatile multi-sport athlete, he earned recognition in cross country, including All-League and All-County honors from eighth grade through his sophomore season and All-State honors as an eighth grader and freshman...He served as a cross country captain as a sophomore and football captain as a senior while competing in numerous events across track & field, including the 100-meter relay, 200 meters, 400 meters, 1,600 meters, 4x400 relay and long jump...He also competed at the club level with JIYSC NPL.

PERSONAL: Genetics major...chose Tufts "because it gave me the best balance of academics and football. I wanted a school where I could compete at a high level while earning a degree that would set me up after football. The coaching staff made me feel like more than just a player. They showed belief in me as a person, and I could see myself growing in that environment."
