2023 (Freshman): Appeared in five games for the Jumbos...Made his collegiate debut against Trinity College...Finished the season with four total tackles...Recorded his first solo tackle in a 44-16 win against Bates on September 23...Added three more tackles against Wesleyan in a Jumbos 49-14 win...The Jumbos finished the season 6-3, with a third place finish in the NESCAC.

PRIOR TO TUFTS: Was a member of the football, bowling and track squads at Lakeridge High School...earned two letters for the football team, while also lettering in bowling and track...named All-Three Rivers League in football...part of a state qualifying squad in bowling...earned All-TRL in 100m, 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m....helped track squad to a league title...Lakeridge HS Honor Roll. 

PERSONAL: Son of James and Kricken Yaker...two siblings, Liam and Beckett...undecided major...father James played football at Wesleyan University...cousen Sam Handley played lacrosse at University of Pennsylvania and plays for PLL Chrome Lacrosse...cousin Colt Bordonaro was a lacrosse player at Babson College...gradfather Clayton Hering played football and lacrosse at Dartmouth...chose Tufts "for its preeminent academics and athletics; I always knew I wanted to get away from home and move to a big city...
